1. Services

Boise Cleaning Crew provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, and surrounding areas in Idaho. Services include:

• Routine cleaning (one-time or recurring)
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning

2. Booking and Scheduling

Booking Process

• Services must be booked through our website, phone, or email
• You will receive a confirmation email with service details
• Pricing is based on the information provided at booking

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled service
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and online payments
• Prices quoted are estimates and may be adjusted if the scope of work differs from what was booked
• All prices are in USD and do not include gratuities
• Late payments may incur additional fees

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure efficient and effective service, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements
• Ensure safe access to the property at the scheduled time
• Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or sentimental items
• Provide a safe working environment free from hazardous materials
• Inform us of any pets and make arrangements for their safety and comfort
• Notify us of any areas requiring special attention or items to avoid
• Ensure water and electricity are available

5. Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work:

• If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 7 days
• We will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge
• The guarantee applies only to the original service and does not cover new issues or additional areas
• Issues must be reported before any other cleaning service is performed

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property:

• We are insured and bonded for your protection
• We are not liable for damage to items that are inherently fragile or already damaged
• Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service or the damaged item, whichever is less
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to items not properly secured by the client

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

8. Background Checks

All cleaning professionals undergo thorough background checks and reference verification before being hired. We continuously monitor and train our team to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and trustworthiness.

9. Supplies and Equipment

• We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise requested
• If you prefer specific products, please inform us in advance
• We use professional-grade, eco-friendly products when possible

10. Service Area

We primarily serve Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, Star, Garden City, and surrounding areas in the Treasure Valley. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions, disrespectful behavior, or non-payment.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.
